Workers protest his factory fire
Thousands of factory workers in Bangladesh held a rally in the capital, Dhaka, to demand justice for the deaths of more than 100 people in a fire at a garment factory on Saturday night (24/11).
Some of the demonstrators threw stones and damaged vehicles that they met on Monday (26/11). They blocked roads in protest in Dhaka garment factory fire related Savar industrial area.
"The workers in a number of factories have left the workplace and join in the protests. They want severe penalties for the owners of Tazreen," Dhaka police chief Habibur Rahman was quoted as saying by AFP news agency.
Tazreen are factory suffered severe fire on Saturday night.
Around 200 factories closed today. The protest was held after a fire at a garment factory in the industrial area Savar Tazreen killed more than 100 people.

The government announced that Tuesday designated as a national day of mourning in memory of the victims died.
The protesters are also demanding safety improvements in working conditions.
"Most of the factory workers jerks. They wanted safety improvements at factories are regarded as death traps," said a union president, Babul Akter.
Ahead of the protests lasted another fire occurred at a separate plant outside Dhaka. Authorities say the fire for nearly succeeded controlled.
