Arsenal football club has signed a new deal worth £ 150 million or around Rp. 2.3 trillion through 2019 with the airline Emirates.


"Original agreement with Emirates is one of the key facilitators in moving us from (the old stadium) Highbury and this is a continuation phase of our relationship is important to put us remain in the UK and European games," Arsenal chief executive Ivan Gazidis.

Emirates first deal to sponsor Arsenal in 2004, which entitles the carrier to be the name of the club's new stadium until 2021 and the sponsor uniform that began in the 2006 season.

The increase in salaries and the cost to run a football club, the club was looking for opportunities and ways to make money to stay in the game in Europe.

In 2011, Barcelona signed a sponsorship deal with the Qatar Foundation uniform match-with a value of 30 million euros, or Rp. 374 billion per year - and the airline Qatar Airways logo is displayed starting next season.

The deal is the first time for the Barcelona commercial sponsor logo and riled some fans.

Earlier this year, Manchester United signed a new agreement with the U.S. car brand Chevrolet famous for his uniform for seven years.

The agreement will start in 2014, is reported to have a value of at least £ 45 million or nearly USD. 7 billion per season until 2021.

Liverpool signed a deal for £ 80 million or Rp1, 2 trillion, over four years to sponsor the club uniform with Standard Chartered in September 2009.

Last year, Manchester City signed a 10 year agreement with a value of £ 400 million or around Rp. 6.1 trillion, with airline Etihad to sponsor uniforms and stadium name.
